As we get closer to having some of our students transition back to in-person learning, it's important that we share as much information as we can with our district families. Some students will begin returning as early as next Monday, September 28, on a hybrid schedule while others will transition back a week later and still others will remain at home. With that being said, there will be changes for most of you. Please take some time to read our In-Person Transition Plan linked below.
If your child is returning to school within the next couple of weeks, you must complete the COVID-19 Self Certification form. One form must be completed for each child before they will be allowed to attend. Fill out the form by clicking the button below:
This form is indicating that you are certifying, by sending your child to school, that they are symptom free on any day you send them to school. Please remember that if they exhibit ANY ONE of the symptoms, or meet any other criteria, they should not come to school. Students who do not come to school due to illness or exposure will not be penalized for their attendance and can get their assignments just like any other students either participating in remote learning or at home for hybrid learning.
