6th grader used Rally Coaching to learn about the distributive property.
Our 8th graders had an amazing hands-on experience exploring different trade careers on their field trip to the Junior Achievement Center! From working with simulators and virtual reality to writing electrical circuits and tackling hands-on challenges, they got a real feel for the skills behind these essential jobs.
2nd-grade students in Mr. Carter's class were hard at work today on a STEM project simulating a space capsule making its reentry to Earth. This hands-on activity helped bring to life the incredible contributions of Katherine Johnson, the legendary African American mathematician whose work at NASA helped send astronauts into space!

Fourth graders from Mrs. Clark’s class took part in the LEGO Build the Change Initiative, tackling the challenge of designing a sustainable "Green City." Using a creative mix of LEGO bricks, magnetic tiles, and other building materials, they constructed a cityscape that highlights renewable energy sources, green spaces, recycled materials, and efficient public transportation. Their project showcases innovative urban planning with a strong emphasis on sustainability.

The Chess Team is on fire! We finished in 1st place in regular season play today beating Shiloh 8-7. Hopefully, we can keep the winning streak going as we play in the conference tournament this weekend.
