Thank you SO MUCH to all of you who made it out to the blood drive!
We had a great turnout! However, to gift our district the $250 grant, we still need approximately 7 more donors.
Donations can still be accepted at the ImpactLife facility located at :
Midway Plaza, 10900B Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, IL 62208.
If you could possibly squeeze some time in next week to donate at the facility and give code 10774A, we will still receive credit for your donation.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. This is a very important service project for our organization and for our community. We would really appreciate your help.
Remember, one pint of blood can save THREE lives.
Thanks,
Dawn Poe & PJH NJHS

Thank you BASIC (a student organization that brings together student leaders from Belleville East, Belleville West, and Althoff) for visiting Pontiac and talking to our 8th grade students! This group knows what it feels like having a mix of excitement and nerves about transitioning to high school. To help ease this transition, the BASIC students come and visit with 8th grade.
Their goal is to provide a relatable, peer-to-peer environment where 8th graders can ask the "real" questions they might not feel comfortable asking teachers or administrators in a large assembly. Each visiting group includes students from all three local high schools to provide a well-rounded view of the high school experience.
THANK YOU!
